Step 1: Choose
With our handy all-in-one comparer, you'll find a contract that meets all your demands easy and quickly.
Step 2: Order
Use the large order button to add a product to your shopping cart. Choose your preferred shipping method, enter your details and complete your order. We will forward your contract request to your provider, who will then contact you by email with the necessary details.
Step 3: Receive
Have you ordered a product in addition to your contract? We will send it to you as soon as your payment has been processed. Your provider will process the contract request.
We always need a proof of identity and a back account number. The other documents you need to submit with your application vary from provider to provider. The provider will tell you what information they need from you.
In the event that we ask you to send in a copy of your identity document, you have to black out information. You need to black out every piece of information that is not asked in the application for your contract. All information that is asked by us in the application process needs to be clearly viasible on your identity document.
Then you can still request a contract! However, you need to be a German resident to be able to apply for a contract through Gomibo.
Please note! When receiving your order, you must be able to identify yourself. The name of the subscription holder should match the name on the recipient's identification document! This will be verified by the deliverer.
You can find the end date of your contract in your personal account on your provider's website.
Yes, you can keep your number. As a rule, we offer the so-called number transfer for both the contract upgrade and the switch. The details depend on your provider and will be communicated to you as soon as you have submitted the application for a number transfer. You can also take a look at our page on number transfers.
There are two ways to keep your number. If you switch to another provider and take your number with you, we call this a switch with number transfer.

According to Section 59 of the Telecommunications Act, providers are now prohibited from charging a fee for number transfers. Also, the connection may not be interrupted for more than one day during the transfer.
Once a year, the provider is obliged to inform its customers as soon as a contract containing the same or better services has become cheaper. This means that the customer does not necessarily have to check the provider's website regularly to find out about new offers or changes in the terms and conditions.
One of the most important changes from a legal point of view, is that providers are now obliged to send the customer a written summary if a contract was concluded by phone. This must be done immediately after the phone call and only when the customer has confirmed the contract in writing does it become binding.
Previously, contracts could be automatically upgraded after 24 months with a further 12 months if the customer did not cancel the contract. This is no longer allowed. After the 24 months, a contract must be cancelable on a monthly basis.
