• I want a different provider.

  We can make that happen! When your contract is close to ending, you can choose a mobile contract with a different provider, which is also called "switching". Gomibo has a separate page with information about how long in advance you can switch.

• How will my contract costs be settled?

  You will receive the invoices of your contract from your own provider. Often you can also view your costs in the online environment of your provider. This gives you direct insight into your usage and your bundles.

• Why is my provider's invoice lower than expected?

  This is usually because of a ‘broken’ month. You are billed from the day your contract becomes active. Sometimes this date is not the same as the billing date of your provider. In that case, you pay for only a part of the month. Your next invoice will look as you expect it.

• Why is my provider's invoice higher than expected?

  Often, the upfront connection costs are also included in the first invoice by your provider. As a result, you may pay a higher amount for the first month than is stated on your contract. On your next invoice, however, the amount will be the same as the monthly costs stated on your contract.

• Can Gomibo cancel my contract?
